Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

About 3 chicken breasts (cubed)

1 small onion

1 medium sized tomato (chopped)

About 3 cloves of garlic

1 1/2 spoons of curry powder

13 oz can of coconut milk

olive oil

salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil in ninja on high. add the onion and garlic and saute for about 1 minute or two.
  2. then add the chicken and season it with salt and pepper.
  3. cook the chicken until it’s white for about 5-6 minutes.
  4. then you can add the curry powder and the chopped tomatoes and stir it around until the chicken is covered in the curry.
  5. then add the coconut milk and bring it to a boil.
  6. after that you need to set the ninja to low, put the lid on and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  7. season if necessary and serve with white rice!
