2 pounds chicken tenderloins
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup packed brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons peeled, chopped fresh ginger
3 green onions, thinly sliced
Set pot to STOVETOP HIGH.
Add chicken to pot. Cook uncovered roughly 10 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned on both sides.
Stir soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and green onions in bowl.
Pour soy sauce mixture over chicken and toss to coat.
Set to SLOW COOK LOW for 3 to 5 hours.
Cover and cook until chicken is cooked through
