Shrimp Newberg

Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
3 small onions or 2 cups diced onion
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 sherry
1/2 cup white wine
10 oz. Can crushed tomatoes
10 to 20 shrimp cooked or raw
1-package minute rice
1/3 cup flour
1 Tablespoon paprika
1/2 cup half and half

Directions

Thaw shrimp in bowl if frozen combine with flour and coat each shrimp both sides. In Ninja heat 3 tablespoons olive oil on Stovetop High, combine with onions cook for. 3 min. or until translucent.

Next add in sherry, and white wine followed by crushed tomatoes. Next add shrimp and paprika, then half and half.

Next set ninja to Oven at 300 degrees for 15 minutes if shrimp started out frozen. Reduce time to ten minutes if fresh.

Check after 5 minutes and add 1/3 milk if you desire more sauce. Serve over Rice, which you cook in microwave purely for speed. Follow directions on the package. 3 or 4 servings.
