Creamy Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 lbs. russet potatoes, peeled and diced
4 cloves garlic, peeled
2 cups water
½ cup butter, cut up
1½ cups hot milk or heavy cream
Salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
Place potatoes, garlic and water into pot. Set OVEN to 350°F for 30 minutes. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Turn off pot.
Mash potatoes with butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately or set to SLOW COOK BUFFET for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
