Pressure Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound round or sirloin steak (you can really use whatever cut you would like)
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion (minced)
2 tablespoons flour
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water
dash of hot pepper sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt (can use less)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 package egg noodles

Directions

•On saute, brown the beef and onions in the butter.
•Remove the meat.
•Blend flour, bouillon cubes, hot water and remaining ingredients (EXCEPT sour cream and egg noodles) in the liquid.
•Put beef back in to pressure cooker.
•Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
•Do a quick release. Add noodles and then pressure cook on high for 5 minutes.
Do a quick release.
•Remove a little of the liquid and in a separate bowl, add to the sour cream and blend until mixed.
Then add sour cream mixture to the pressure cooker a little at a time until all mixed.
•Enjoy!
