- 1 medium celery stalk, finely chopped
- 2 - 4 Tbsp blue cheese, crumbled or your favorite cheese
- 1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz.)
- 1/2 tsp beau monde seasoning (optional)
- salt and pepper
Method
Step 1
Finely chop your chicken and celery. Next season up your chicken with some beau monde, salt and pepper to taste. Mix together the chicken, celery, cheeses or sour ceam and hot sauce.
Step 2
Separate the crescent rolls into the 8 triangles and cut in half.
Step 3
Press down gently on each triangle to flatten out.
Step 4
Place about 1 1/2 tbsp of the mixture in the center. Pull up one corner at a time to the center to close up the popper.
Step 5
Place the uncooked popper down into the Ninja cooker or use your oven. Set Ninja to 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cover and cook until poppers are a golden brown. Watch and turn according to your oven's cooking temp.
