Ingredients
3 lbs of chicken, frozen
1 15 oz enchilada sauce
1 Taco Seasoning Packet
2 c of cheddar cheese, shredded
Tortilla Chips
Toppings
Instructions
Place frozen or Thawed chicken in slow cooker
Pour enchilada sauce and taco seasoning on top of chicken
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or High for 3-4 hours
Shred Chicken
Serve chicken mixture on top of tortilla chips
Add cheese along with toppings of your choice
