EASY SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS

Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1 pound spaghetti, broken in half
- 1 jar (24 ounces) pasta sauce
- 1 package (24 ounces) frozen meatballs
Method
Step 1
Pour 4 cups water into pot.
Step 2
Stir in spaghetti, sauce, and meatballs.
Step 3
Set OVEN to 300°F for 25 minutes.
Step 4
Cover and cook until pasta is tender and meatballs are hot, stirring occasionally.
NOTE: When using thinner sauces, use 3¾ cup water. For whole grain and thicker pastas, increase cooking time by 2–4 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Serve immediately.

Very simple, which is why I absolutely love this recipe. If you’re looking for a quick and simple spaghetti recipe, this is it. Nothing complex. My only change is I always use 3.5cups of water or less. 4 cups is much regardless of the sauce I use. I usually start here and then if the sauce is too thin after the alloted time, I will cook an additional 5-10mins until it’s the right consistency. If you’re in the same situation, just check on it every 5mins and stir until it’s the right consistency. If you don’t stir, you’ll overcook the corners/edges.
