Mongolian Beef
Beef strips(amount will depend on how much you’re cooking)
1 Mongolian Beef Seasoning Packet(found in the Asian Food aisle in grocery store. I used Sun Bird brand.
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup soy sauce(used low sodium)
2 Tbsp water
Green Onions to garnish(optional)
Preheat Ninja to stovetop high until hot. Add oil to the Ninja. While waiting for the oil to get hot, take the seasoning packet, soy sauce and water and mix together and set aside. Add beef tips to the hot oil and toss around until completely cooked. Then pour in the seasoning mixture to cover the beef. The sauce will begin to thicken immediately. Sprinkle with green onions. Turn off Ninja and allow a few minutes to cool.
